The warm weather slowed the pace of the potato harvest. “The crop is looking good,” said Casey Folson, Folson Farms, East Grand Forks. “We had a great growing season as far as rainfall and overall growing conditions. The quality this year has looked really, really nice.” With the weekend’s change in the weather, Folson hopes to finish up harvesting a pretty good potato crop. “Hopefully, we can find a few good harvest days in the next week.”
