President, Farm Broadcaster and Advertising
Don joined the Red River Farm Network as a farm broadcaster in 2003 and is now the company’s president. Don was inducted into the National Association of Farm Broadcasting Hall of Fame in 2018. He has also been honored as the National Farm Broadcaster of the Year and is a past NAFB president.
Vice President, Public Relations and Marketing
Kolleen brings a wealth of skills to the Red River Farm Network. Previously, she was the director of public relations and marketing with Heart of America Restaurant/Machine Shed and a member of the Grand Forks Chamber Ambassadors committee.
Sales and Advertising
Jay joined the Red River Farm Network team in 2011. His agriculture roots began with growing up on a diversified grain, sugarbeet and livestock farm in the southern Red River Valley.
Ashley Lannen is the hub of most daily activities at the Red River Farm Network. As office manager, bookkeeper and traffic director, she interfaces with everyone at the network to coordinate advertising content and programming schedules.
Jamie Dickerman has a passion for agriculture and radio. He is a North Dakota native and has been in the radio industry since 1995. Jamie joined the Red River Farm Network farm broadcast team in 2024.
Kloe Wadd brings her experience as a sixth-generation farmer to the Red River Farm Network farm broadcast team. Following her graduation from the University of Minnesota-Crookston, Kloe joined RRFN as an agricultural journalist and farm broadcaster.
Madyson Sears is proud of her start on the family farm at Minnewauken, North Dakota. She is an alumnus of North Dakota State University with a degree in marketing and agribusiness. Most recently, Sears worked with Peterson Farms Seed.
