FAIR Labels Bill Endorsed
The National Cattlemen’s Beef Association has endorsed a bill that addresses the labeling of cell-cultivated protein and plant-based protein products. NCBA said lab-grown and plant-based proteins have caused consumer confusion by using terms like ‘meat’ and ‘beef.’
