North Dakota cattle producers showcased their genetics during the North Dakota Stockmen’s Association All-Breeds Cattle Tour. NDSA Vice President Joe Schettler, who ranches at Killdeer, said the tour gives producers a firsthand look at cattle that could be offered for sale heading into the fall marketing season. In an interview with RRFN, Schettler offered his perspective on the industry. “There’s a lot of worries out there, but most guys will receive the second highest price they’ve ever received for their calves this fall.”
