Even in a farm state like North Dakota, agriculture’s voice can become diluted in policy debates. North Dakota Soybean Growers Association Executive Director Stephanie Sinner says developing the next generation of farm leaders is critical, highlighting the importance of bringing young producers into the into the discussion. “Getting our next generation to get involved and step into leadership roles is is what’s going to make or break us, right? And so building the bench of leadership, whether that’s at a local community level or whether that’s at a state or national level, I think is really critical.” Sinner was part of a commodity group panel discussion at the Ag Credit Conference.
