Richland County farmers are reporting favorable crop conditions following timely planting and consistent rainfall this spring. Jay Myers, who farms at Colfax, said both corn and soybean crops are progressing well. “I think we’re about right moisture wise, we look at our tile pumps and every time we get a little rain they seem to run a little bit, so that kinda tells you we’re pretty full on moisture.”
