Court Asks for DOJ Input on Roundup Case

The Supreme Court has asked the U.S. Solicitor General to offer its views on a case involving the use of Roundup herbicide. Bayer is seeking a High Court ruling to resolve a split in lower court rulings regarding state and federal authority on pesticide labels. If the court accepts the case, it could be heard during the next session, which ends one year from now.
