NDSU Langdon Research Extension Center Research Agronomist Bryan Hanson says the crops are looking pretty good despite a rocky start to the season. “When it started raining at the end of April we were all pretty excited because we were in a severe drought in the northeastern part of the state,” said Hanson. There were some drowned-out soybeans but those that made it are starting to look good after a tough spring.
