Patrick Fleming has returned to the National Pork Board staff. As vice president of demand development, Fleming will lead a nine-member team and focus on consumer demand, multicultural marketing, foodservice and retail support, packer/processor collaboration and human nutrition strategies. Fleming was with the National Pork Board from 2005-to-2018 as the director of market intelligence and innovation. In the past six-plus years, Fleming was a brand manager for Tyson Fresh Meats.
