Jesse Olson, who is with J and O Seed in Murdock, Minnesota, hopes the faucet will shut off long enough for the fields to dry out properly. “Some guys are trying to get out in the sprayer to get caught up on spraying soybeans and they are leaving some tracks out in the fields.” The rain has pushed some nitrogen deeper in the soil and Olson said the crops are still trying to reach it.
