The North Dakota Industrial Commission has named Don Morgan as the next president and chief executive officer for the Bank of North Dakota. Morgan succeeds Todd Steinwand, who retired July 2. Morgan has worked in the banking industry for 23 years and most recently served as CEO and bank president for Starion Bank. The Bank of North Dakota is the only state-owned bank in the nation.
