Minnesota farmers averaged 192 bushels per acre for their corn crop this year, up nearly 20 bushels per acre from 2019. Soybeans averaged 49 bushels per acre, which is five bushels better than last year. Minnesota’s spring wheat crop averaged 53 bushels, down four bushels per acre from a year ago.
