The North American Equipment Dealers Association and Associated Equipment Distributors plan to merge. The merger takes effect in January. The unified group will be known as Associated Equipment Dealers.AED Board Chairman Marshall Anderson, who is the executive vice president of RDO Equipment, said the merger strengthens the voice of the equipment industry.
