Corteva and Globachem are forming a 50/50 joint venture to develop crop protection products for farmers in North America, South America and Europe. The two companies have partnered in the past, but this new arrangement allows more collaboration in product development, regulatory action and commercialization. Products from this joint venture are expected to come to market in the early 2030s.
