Enlist Technology Back in Court

Environmental activist groups, including the Center for Food Safety, is asking the courts to vacate the registration of Enlist One and Enlist Duo herbicides. The lawsuit claims the EPA downplayed the health risks associated with this technology and overstated its effectiveness. A summary judgement is being sought in the federal court in Washington, D.C. The EPA has until October 20^th to file a response to this litigation. Corteva, which produces the Enlist technology, has until November 3^rd to file its response.
