The 2021 Commodity Classic begins on Tuesday. This year, the digital event will feature executive roundtables and educational sessions on applicator trainings, a look at conservation’s impact on the bottom line and how to farm in a time of tight margins. National Association of Wheat Growers President Dave Milligan encourages farmers to register. “The first 5,000 to register will get a free registration and even after that, it’s only $20 to attend. The content will be available through April and farmers don’t have to watch it all at once.” This year, NAWG’s annual meeting happened before the Commodity Classic. Milligan says one priority for NAWG is climate change. “We want to be involved in the discussions as they come along. Agriculture has a good story to tell.” Register for the event.
