Iran is raising the stakes over reopening the Strait of Hormuz. A senior Iranian security official says the United States would have to meet a sweeping list of demands before Tehran restores normal shipping through the strategic waterway. Those conditions include lifting sanctions, ending the U.S. naval blockade, releasing frozen Iranian assets, paying war reparations and withdrawing U.S. forces from the region. The tougher stance comes as the United Arab Emirates accuses Iran of another missile attack on one of its commercial vessels
