The Red River Valley Fair Association is selling 6.5 acres of the fairgrounds to Petro Serve USA. The Main Avenue location will be developed into a gas station. The sale is expected to close in December. The West Fargo-based fairgrounds are home to the Big Iron Farm and Construction Show.
