The Senate Agriculture Committee will markup its version of Farm Bill 2.0 Thursday morning. Chairman John Boozman released the text of the bill Friday night. The bill includes language authorizing year-round sales of E15. As a concession to Democrats, the bill delays the timeline for states with SNAP payment errors to participate in cost-sharing.
