Harvest is beginning in southwest and southeastern North Dakota and could reach northeastern North Dakota within the next week. According to NDSU Extension Agronomist Claire Keene, many growers may be seeing the earliest spring wheat harvest in eastern North Dakota since the drought years of the 1980s.
