Nearly 20 percent of the winter wheat in South Dakota has been harvested. According to the National Agricultural Statistics Service, 48 percent of the state’s spring wheat is rated good to excellent. That’s down two percent from last week. Sixty-four percent of South Dakota’s corn and 63 percent of the soybeans are in good to excellent condition. Seventeen percent of the corn is silking and 37 percent of the soybeans are blooming.
