Bayer is separating its U.S. glyphosate operations into a new business unit called Ruveon, which will include the Roundup brand. Bayer said the change will not affect customers, emphasizing farmers and industry partners will continue to receive the same product quality and service they have come to expect. Ruveon will be headquartered in St. Louis.
