The National Oil Seed Processors Association has gone to court to support the EPA’s action on the Renewable Fuel Standard and its Renewable Volume Obligations. Numerous legal challenges have been consolidated into one case in front of the federal appeals court. NOPA officials said these are groundless legal challenges that serve only to undermine farmers and rural communities.
