North Dakota Senator John Hoeven is praising the draft farm bill released by Senate Agriculture Committee Chairman John Boozman. Hoeven said several of his legislative priorities are included in the proposal. That includes higher loan limits for FSA direct and guaranteed loan programs, the expansion of USDA’s Farm Storage Facility Loan Program for on-farm fertilizer storage and farmer-friendly conservation initiatives.
