New numbers from the Association of Equipment Manufacturers show weak farm income continues to pressure machinery purchases. Overall tractor sales fell more than 11 percent in April compared to one year ago, while four-wheel-drive tractor sales dropped nearly 43 percent. Combine sales were one of the few bright spots, rising 3.4 percent from last year.
