Farmers in far northwestern Minnesota have started scratching at the dirt. Pioneer Seeds Field Agronomist Kevin Sinner says most farmers are still waiting on the weather to warm up. “So far, there’s been a few renegade guys that have gone out and there’s a couple beans in the ground and a couple corn fields that got planted before the rain, but for the most part, guys kind of held off.” Sinner said the frost is still coming out and fields are still wet “so there’s not much happening right at the moment.”
