Forty major farm groups have launched the American Coalition for USMCA. The U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement is up for review this year and the coalition is promoting its benefits for agriculture. A new website includes a state-by-state impact from trade with Canada and Mexico. In this region, the site estimates there is a $2.1 billion impact on Minnesota. The total is $1.4 billion for North Dakota and $945 million for South Dakota.
