Zoetis has received conditional approval from the FDA for its parasite control product Dectomax-CA1. The injectable drug is designed to prevent and treat infestations caused by New World screwworm larvae. The conditional approval covers beef cattle, female dairy cattle under 20 months, pregnant beef cows, newborn calves, and bulls. Zoetis says Dectomax will carry the new Dectomax-CA1 label starting in the first half of 2026.
