The Arthur Companies has acquired two regional companies: AgriMax and Right Way Ag Aerial Spraying. AgriMax is an agronomy-based ag retail business with locations in Fisher and Fertile, Minnesota. Right Way Ag Aerial Spraying is based in Casselton, North Dakota. With the acquisition, AgriMax is being rebranded as The Arthur Companies and Right Way Ag Aerial Spraying will be called Arthur Aviation.
