U.S. and India trade officials will meet this week in an attempt to get their negotiations back on track. In response to India’s purchase of Russian oil, the White House imposed 50 percent tariffs on India. President Trump has taken a softer tone in recent social media posts, saying he was certain the two sides could successfully conclude their trade negotiations.
