Allendale is out with its private crop estimate and it is in line with USDA’s big numbers. Allendale is projecting corn production at 16.3 billion bushels with an average yield of 187.5 bushels per acre. The soybean crop is projected at 4.2 billion bushels with an average yield of 53.2 bushels per acre. The forecast is based on surveys conducted by Allendale brokers and its digital platforms.
