The plant genetics firm, GDM, has finalized its acquisition of AgReliant Genetics. With this deal, GDM expands its presence as a global leader in soybean genetics and becomes the fourth-largest corn genetics provider worldwide. The list of seed brands in the GDM portfolio now includes Mustang, AgriGold, LG Seeds and more.
