A federal appeals court has ruled the Trump Administration’s tariff policy is unlawful. The lawsuit challenged President Trump’s use of emergency economic powers to implement these tariffs. However, the ruling will not take effect until October 14 to give the White House time to ask for a Supreme Court appeal. If the ruling is allowed to stand, Trump said on Truth Social that it ‘would literally destroy the United States of America.’
