The Climate Prediction Center is out with its fall weather forecast. Most of North Dakota and northwest Minnesota is in the neutral category for temperatures with an equal chance for a warm fall, cool fall or a normal fall. The balance of Minnesota and most of South Dakota have a slightly better chance for a warm harvest season. The entire tri-state region in the neutral zone for moisture this fall.
