The United States has initiated a Section 301 investigation into unfair trading practices by Brazil. The list of unfair trading practices focuses on digital trade, intellectual property and ethanol. Growth Energy CEO Emily Skor said the unfair tariff on American ethanol imports could be coming to an end. In Skor’s view, this action could lead to a more level playing field for U.S. farmers and biofuel producers.
