A flurry of news releases came out after the passage of the continuing resolution. House Agriculture Committee Chair Glenn ‘GT’ Thompson said this legislation is a reminder that when the agriculture community is united, it can punch above its weight. Senate Agriculture Committee Chairman John Boozman said the bill will help farmers endure the current farm crisis and maintain their farm operations.
