Sunflower Harvest Wrapping Up

The final stretch of sunflower harvest is underway with good yields and quality. Prices are indicative of the lower acres planted this year. “We’ve gained a couple of dollars (per hundred weight) just in the last couple of weeks,” says John Sandbakken, executive director, National Sunflower Association. “The market is ready to build some inventory.”
