NDSU’s Beef Field Day was held at the new Peltier Complex on campus. North Dakota Beef Commission board member Brian Amundson is excited about the research that will be done there. “What we’re tasked with doing is taking producer dollars and educating the consumer and part of that education process is through research. With this new research facility, we’re really excited because it’s an avenue within our own state to get some really high-quality research.”
