The St. Joseph (Missouri) Community Alliance has hired Tom Brand as its new director, effective July 29. Previously, Brand served as the executive director of the National Association of Farm Broadcasting for 12-plus years. The Community Alliance partners include the local chamber, convention and visitors bureau, school district, the City of St. Joseph, Buchanan County, United Way and more.
