The harvest in the Bottineau, North Dakota area has been a slow grind. Dan Marquardt says the weather is not allowing the canola crop to dry down. “We’ve been getting a lot of fog and wet mornings.” Yields have been dependent on the summer rains. “I’ve been hearing yields are ranging in that 2,000-3,000 pounds.”
