The North Dakota Bankers Association held their annual Ag Credit Conference this past week in Bismarck, North Dakota. NDBA CEO Rick Clayburgh says the conference boasted almost 150 bankers that networked and discussed issues across the state. “Our speakers include Dr. David Kohl and Nathan Kauffman from the Minneapolis Federal Reserve to talk about economics and issues in today’s banking.” Clayburgh says agriculture is the key driver to the state’s economy. “Our ag lenders play an important role in the success of North Dakota and the success of their customers.” The conference was a three-day event, lasting from September 27-29.
