The HyLife pork processing plant at Windom, Minnesota is still seeking a buyer as it enters Chapter 11 bankruptcy. The company has now announced none of the potential buyers have the certification to accept current HyLife employees on H-2B visas. Nearly half of the plant’s 1,000 workers are on this visa and must return to their home countries no later than June 3.
