The Center for Biological Diversity, National Family Farm Coalition, Pesticide Action Network and Center for Food Safety are asking a federal judge to vacate the registration of the Bayer, BASF and Syngenta dicamba products. The case is being heard in the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona. The lawsuit is not expected to impact the use of dicamba for this year.
