The National FFA Convention kicks off this week in Indianapolis. “We’ve been pretty busy preparing and working with chapters across the country,” said Kristy Meyer, communicaitons manager. “We’re expecting close to 65,000 people.” The flood of blue jackets boosts the Indianapolis economy, but also supports community service. “This year we’ll have about 2,500 members out in the community serving 15 local non-profits.” RRFN will report from the FFA convention.
