Representatives of the United Nations and Russia met in Geneva Wednesday, to discuss agricultural exports. Earlier this week, Russian President Vladimir Putin claimed the agreement to move grain exports out of the Black Sea Region was not being handled as intended. Putin also claimed Western sanctions have hurt Russian grain and fertilizer exports. A UN spokesperson said the discussions were constructive and professional, but he would not offer any details.
