A crane collapsed at AGP’s export facility at Aberdeen, Washington and it may take months to repair. This terminal handles nearly 20 percent of all U.S. soybean meal exports. The shutdown also handles exports of dried distillers grains. It is difficult to store both products, making it challenging to divert ships to other terminals.
