Dr. Ethan Andress will be taking over as North Dakota’s state veterinarian and the animal health division director at the North Dakota Department of Agriculture. Andress succeeds Dr. Susan Keller who is retiring at the end of the month. For the past 24 years, Andress has been the owner and partner of West River Veterinary Clinic in Hettinger.
