According to the Farm Service Agency, county offices are still finalizing the Quality Loss Adjustment applications. As of May 3, FSA received more than 41,200 applications for the QLA program. The timeline goal for FSA to issue QLA payments is the end of May. The FSA is also trying to determine how much money is available to pay the remaining half of the 2019 WHIP+ program payments. FSA will determine if a factor is warranted and then, possibly begin issuing payments by the end of the month.
