Lucas and Alise Sjostrom represented Minnesota in the American Farm Bureau Federation Excellence in Agriculture competition. The couple run an on-farm creamery. “We make a variety of artisan cheeses, ranging from fresh cheddar cheese curds to a whiskey washed muenster. We’re waiting to hear the results on that for another national contest at the end of the month.”
