Coleharbor, North Dakota farmer Paul Anderson just wrapped up spring wheat harvest. Harvest took about three weeks. “A fairly average crop in the mid-50s for a yield this year,” says Anderson. “It’s weird times, because we got rain earlier in the season, chopping yields more than we thought it would. There were some spots really good and other spots really thin.” Anderson says lentil harvest will be next, starting in a few days.
